Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful and large holiday house with community pool in La Zenia.
This nice and cozy holiday house is located in La Zenia, just a few minutes drive from the beach and the famous shopping center La Zenia Boulevard.
The house is a particularly good choice for a family holiday with children. It offers enough space for 6 people. On the ground floor of the house is the first bedroom with a large 2 meter double bed with fitted wardrobe and the second bedroom with another double bed (135cm) and a fitted wadrobe. Furthermore, on the ground floor you can also find a bathroom with shower, the large living area with an open fully equipped kitchen. The living room is equipped with an air conditioning for hot and cold and a ceiling fan.
The nice large terrace offers enough space to park the car on plot.
On the first floor you can find another bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom with shower and a large glazed balcony with an enclosed open balcony. A perfect place for the winter months.
The house has a large terrace with a corner for outdoor dining and a place to sunbathe.
You have access to a community pool very close to the property.
Community pool hours:
The community may modify the dates and/or the opening/closing hours of the pool at any time, due to weather conditions, works, contagious diseases such as COVID or any other circumstance that exempts us from any responsibility.

- July & August: 200.00 euros/night
- June & September: 150.00 euros/night
- April & May: 130.00 euros/night
- October – March: 110.00 euros/night
- Long Term/Winter Rental:
October – March: 1500.00 euros/month
April, May & September: 1800.00 euros/month
(All prices including all extra costs like water, electricity, internet etc. Charcoal/gas for the BBQ must be purchased on your own)
- Final cleaning: 150.00 euros
- Deposit: 500.00 euros
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE
If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00.
