Step into our nice large holiday apartment that offers two separated units. One unit is just above the other one (same building).
UNIT 1 – GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT WITH TERRACE
The first unit offers two bedrooms, one bathroom with walk-in shower, a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and a large terrace.
UNIT 2 – UNDERGROUND FLOOR APARTMENT WITH PATIO (TERRACE)
The second unit offers another two bedrooms, one bathroom with walk-in shower, a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and a large patio/terrace.
Both untits have an Airconditioning in the living room that keeps you cool during warm summer days and warm during cooler nights.
You can park in the large underground car park or for free in the street.
PRICES
- July – August: 240.00 euros/night
- April – May: 170.00 euros/night
- June & September: 220.00 euros/night
October – March: 150.00 euros/month - Long Term/Winter Rental: 2000.00€/month
(All prices including all extra costs like water, electricity, internet etc. Charcoal/gas for the BBQ must be purchased on your own)
- Final cleaning: 180.00 euros
- Deposit: 500.00 euros
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE
If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00.
