This nice holiday house is a particularly good choice for a big family holiday with children. It offers enough space for 8 people + 2 small kids. On the floor -1 you can find the first bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a small living area with sofa and tv and the access to the large private garage that finds place for two cars. On the ground floor of the house you can find the large living and dining area with an open fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony and garden in front of the house.
On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a office room with a large table with chair.
The house also has a nice large roof terrace to enjoy stunning views over the sea.

- July & August: 250.00 euros/night
- June & September: 220.00 euros/night
- April & May: 165.00 euros/night
- October – March: 185.00 euros/night
- Long Term/Winter Rental:
October – March: 3000.00 euros/month
(All prices including all extra costs like water, electricity, internet etc. Charcoal/gas for the BBQ must be purchased on your own)
- Final cleaning: 200.00 euros
- Deposit: 500.00 euros
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE
If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00.
