Located in the centre of Quesada where you will find everything you need, such as restaurants, pharmacy, tobacco shop, newspapers, banks, terraces, supermarkets, without having to take the car. Just 1 km from the golf course.
The long and famous fine sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca are about 8.5 kilometres away.
This beautiful south-facing house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room with open kitchen, roof terrace, balcony and a large terrace that surrounds the house. On the terrace you will find a large private pool with outdoor shower, several sun loungers and on the built-in barbecue you will find two tables where several people can eat.
Here you can enjoy the beautiful hours of sunshine throughout the day.
In the barbecue loft you will find the washing machine and dishes for your incredible barbecues.
It is available in the winter months for long term rental, from November to March.
In the accommodation you will find in every room an AC for hot and cold.
You can park up to three cars on plot in front of the house.

- Long Term/Winter Rental:

LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE
If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00.
