This beautiful, large and modern holiday home is located in Torrevieja, just a few minutes’ walk from the town center and the beach.

The house is a particularly good choice for a family holiday with children. It offers enough space for 6 people. On the ground floor of the house is the first bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and a ceiling fan. Furthermore, there is a toilet, living area with fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a beautiful large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue on the ground floor.

There are two more bedrooms on the first floor. One of them has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning and direct access to the balcony. The other bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a ceiling fan.
Furthermore, the bathroom with bathtub and BD is located on this floor.

The house also has a small roof terrace.

The air conditioning in the living area and the air conditioning in the bedroom on the 1st floor are available for cooling in summer and heating in winter.

LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE
If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00.
