Here you can enjoy the beautiful hours of sunshine throughout the day.
On the ground floor is the living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, washing machine and the first bedroom equipped with a double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe and one bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor there is the second bedroom with double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
On this floor there is access to the balcony and the roof terrace. On the roof terrace you can enjoy stunning views of the two salty lagoons of Torrevieja while using the treadmill or having a BBQ.
On the same roof terrace, a wonderful jacuzzi awaits you, where you can experience moments of peace and tranquility, either alone or in company.
It is available in the winter months, from November to March.
The entire accommodation is equipped with central air conditioning for cooling and heating.
You can park your car on the property or on the street in front of the house.

LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE
If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00.
