This beautiful southfacing Villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and dining room with open kitchen, roof terrace, balcony and a nice terrace that surrounds the house. On the terrace you will find a large private jacuzzi (2,10 m x 3,30 m) with an outdoor shower, 2 sun loungers and a large table for 6 people.
Here you can enjoy the beautiful hours of sunshine throughout the whole day.

On the ground floor you can find the living and dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a washing machine and the first bedroom equipped with a double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe and one bathroom with shower.

On the 1st floor there are two more bedrooms with double beds, built-in wardrobe and two ensuite bathrooms with shower.
On this floor there is access to the large balcony and the roof terrace. On the roof terrace you can enjoy stunning views of the two salt lagoons of Torrevieja.

LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE
If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00.
