Description
This beautiful, bright and modern apartment is located just 450 meters from the beach in La Mata, Torrevieja.
The apartment is on the 5th floor and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath and a large living and dining area with an open kitchen. Furthermore, a large glazed balcony offers additional living space, especially nice for the winter months.

Living room: air conditioning warm/cold, sofa, TV, WiFi, dining table, open kitchen (stove, small refrigerator with chest, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc.)
There is a communal pool for sunbathing and swimming open from the 01. of May until the 31. of October. If you prefer to go to the beach, then Torrevieja’s finest long stretch of white sand beach is just 450 meters down the road.
You can park your rental car free of charge in the private garage just on the other site of the road in the community garage or directly in the street for free.
Enjoy all the comforts of a modern and fully equipped apartment.
Furthermore, you have two bicycles at your disposal.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE
If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00.
