This beautiful, bright and modern apartment is situated in Torrevieja. The apartment is located on the first floor and offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a big living and dining room with an open kitchen.
The accommodation is situated in a quiet Urbanizacion just 450 m from the Beach and just a short distance from the City Center and the promenade.

The sunny, bright apartment with large windows welcomes you with all the amenities of a first-class domicile for your vacation. The comfortable living-dining room with attached kitchen gives the apartment a nice open atmosphere. The new, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook on vacation. Look forward to prawns, paella, tapas and delicious wines.

The cozy bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large built-in wardrobe that offers enough space for your clothes and utensils. In the living room, the sofa bed with perfect fold-out technology offers one or two other guests a comfortable place to sleep.

A washing machine with an integrated dryer is also available in the bathroom with shower and hairdryer. You can also use the ironing board and iron.

For sunbathing and swimming, the communal pool with sunbathing lawn is only a few minutes’ walk away. The pool with green area is open from June to the end of August/beginning of September. There are a total of three community pools with lifeguards that will take care all summer. All three pools are on a different street that belongs to the community. On foot you can reach all pools in 2-5 minutes.
IMPORTANT:
The community may change the dates and/or opening/closing times of the pool at any time, due to the weather, works, contagious diseases such as COVID or for any other circumstance that exempts us from all responsibility.

The Playa de los Locos beach can also be reached in just a few minutes on foot, and there are many other beautiful sandy beaches along the coast.

You can park your rental car free of charge right in front of the front door. You don’t actually have to move it anymore because you can reach everything in Torrevieja on foot or by bike: beach, supermarket, restaurants and bars…

Enjoy all the comforts of a new and modern apartment. LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE
If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00.
