This recently renovated 2-bedroom corner holiday apartment is located on a first and last floor.
The apartment has nice living and dining area with an open fully equipped kitchen and access to the large balcony.
Step onto the private balcony and be greeted by nice views of the small park in front of the house. An ideal space for relaxation and contemplation.
Furhtermore the apartment offers a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. The main bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, TV and a ceiling fan.
The second bedroom has two singled beds, fitted wardrobe and a ceiling fan.
Also there is a large roof terrace where you can enjoy all day long the beautiful sunshine.
There is a nice communal pool for sunbathing and swimming open the whole year around. Opening hours: 09 am – 3 pm & 17 pm – 22 pm
You can park your car free of charge in front of the building or in the street.

- June – September: 85.00 euros/night
- October – March: 50.00 euros/night
- April & May: 70.00 euros/night

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE
If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00.
