The interior features are two spacious bedrooms with a comfortable queen size bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts, complete with all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. Stay entertained with a smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies. For your comfort, we have installed a brand new air conditioner in the living area to keep you cool during warm summer days and warm during cooler nights. In both bedrooms we have installed a ceiling fan for the summer months.
The terrace is the crown jewel of this stunning penthouse, providing an awe-inspiring private space for you to unwind and soak up the Mediterranean sunshine with stunning views to the salt lagoon. Lounge on the comfortable sunbeds, enjoy an outdoor shower or fire up the barbeque grill for a nice dining experience. The terrace is truly a private oasis where you can create lifelong memories with your loved ones.
Enjoy from June to September our nice community pool with a private life guard.
IMPORTANT
The community may change the dates and/or opening/closing times of the pool at any time, due to the weather, works, contagious diseases such as COVID or for any other circumstance that exempts us from all responsibility.
It is an ideal location as a golf destination as there is a golf course just a few minutes’ drive away and another 15 golf courses within 40 kilometers of the property.

- July & August: 120.00 euros/night
- June & September: 100.00 euros/night
- April & May: 85.00 euros/night
- October – March: 75.00 euros/night
- Winter Rental: 1300.00 euros/month (all costs included)
(All prices including all extra costs like water, electricity, internet etc. Charcoal/gas for the BBQ must be purchased on your own)
- Final cleaning: 90.00 euros
- Deposit: 300.00 euros
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE
If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00.
