On the ground floor is the living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, WC, washing machine and dryer. The first bedroom equipped with a double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor there are two more bedrooms with double beds, TV, built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
On this floor there is access to the large balcony and the roof terrace. On the roof terrace you can enjoy stunning views of the two salty lagoons of Torrevieja.
The entire accommodation is equipped with central air conditioning for cooling and heating.
You can park your car on the property or on the street in front of the house.
All kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies, doctors, fitness studios, public transport, gas stations and much more can be found in the immediate vicinity all year round!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE
If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00.
