The interior features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful sleep. An additional queen-size sofa bed is available, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests. Tempur mattresses ensure a restful sleep on both the bed and the sofa bed.
Enjoy the comfort of a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of adventures in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen is a cook’s paradise, with all the amenities needed to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy two Smart TVs that allow you to stream your favorite series and movies. For your convenience, we’ve installed two brand-new air conditioners to keep you cool during warm summer days and comfortable during cooler nights.
The terrace is the crown jewel of this stunning penthouse, offering an inspiring space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers or light the barbecue for al fresco dining. The terrace is a truly private oasis where you can create unforgettable memories with your loved ones.
As our guest, you will have complimentary access to the nearby gym (3-minute walk), ensuring you can maintain your fitness routine while enjoying your stay.
Playa del Cura is just a few minutes’ walk away. You’ll find many other beautiful sandy beaches along the coast and promenade.
You can park your rental car for free right in front of the building, on the street. You won’t have to move it anymore, as you can walk to everything in Torrevieja: the beach, supermarket, restaurants, and bars…

- October – March: 68.00 euros/night
- September, April & May: 100.00 euros/night
- Long Term/Winter Rental:
October – March/April: 850.00 euros/month

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE
If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €25 (incl. 21% VAT) will be charged. Between 01:00 and 02:00 a supplement of €50 will be charged. There is no check-in after 02:00.
